For 2006 I resolve to keep taking your money and spending it on things I don’t need.
Now that I got that out of the way, I’d like to address those people who are positive that my website is a scam. You know what the great thing is about a website like mine? The X button in the top right hand corner of the page. That button is VERY useful for people who KNOW I’m a scam because they have……proof…er wait no they don’t….they have a friend who said…um wait no….they have a “feeling”…yeah that’s it…..a FEELING that I’m a scam….yeah that’s right. They have a FEELING that the Rich Jerk is a fu**ing scammer bastard…yes that’s it….and they are ALWAYS right about this sort of thing. There is NO POSSIBLE WAY the Rich Jerk’s program could be legit. I mean look at this guy. He talks down to people. He’s obnoxious. He’s selling a “get rich quick” program and EVERYBODY knows that “get rich quick” programs are fake. He’s obviously a scam.
Or wait…could it be that….no nevermind……it couldn’t….or….hold on….could it?…Could it possibly be that calling the Rich Jerk a scam is just a cover up excuse? A cover up excuse for cry-babies who are too scared and lazy to try something with a 100% money back guarantee and thousands of positive reviews all over the Internet? Something that could possibly change their lives? Hmmm….I may be onto something here. And if so, that would mean that some people are lying to themselves. In that case, YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE. And right now you’re trying to justify that. And guess what? YOU are the one doing the SCAMMING. You’re SCAMMING yourself. You don’t REALLY want to change your life. You’d rather make excuses. And I DON’T HAVE TIME FOR YOUR LAME-ASS EXCUSES. So remember that X button we talked about before? Go ahead and click it now and PRESTO!! No more scam! How about that? Now run along and go cry to mommy.
On another note, I’d also like to point out that all of the “comments” written in response to my blog entries are fake. Apparently my staff creates these responses to make people think my product is better. Those sneaky devils. But they must not be doing a very good job at it because so many of you brainiacs have caught on! And I was obviously in on it. I’m really embarrassed. I’ve been outwitted by all of you savvy net detectives who have caught me in this intricate plot to fool everyone who reads my blog. But wait a second…..all of those comments have….names….emails…..websites…. all attached to their profiles. That would mean that my staff must have spent many hours creating hundreds of fake names, email addresses and websites just for the sake of posting fake blog comments. Wow, that’s a lot of work. That doesn’t make much sense does it? Exactly.
You know what else? I typed “rich jerk” in Google the other day and literally thousands of articles and reviews came up. It was tough to find any that had bad things to say about my program. Conspiracy theorists unite!! The Rich Jerk has obviously paid off thousands of people to write good reviews about his program! NONE of them are real……are they? Nahhh. And those testimonials on my website, those are obviously soooooooo fake. That thing I wrote on the testimonials page about swearing they are all real, under penalty of perjury…..I guess I could be looking at jail time! Oh well. I’ll go ahead and leave it up there anyway.
It all just goes to show I’ve been exposed in my heinous plot at world domination…..scamming people 49 bucks at a time.

I heard of a case where a couple from Florida built an empire selling court siezed property.
It was a legit legal business, the only problem, this couple, in the advertising, were claiming that they own all these beautiful boats, cars, houses, you name it.
The only problem is, they did not actually own most of the things they claimed to own in the commercials.
What happened? The IRS stormed their home with guns and papers from a court judge.
90 counts of false advertising, each with a 3 month jail term. A total of over 20 years in prison for the husband, and the wife respectively. One 3 month term for every commercial they ran, over 90 counts of False Advertising.
If the Rich Jerk is not who he says he is, “A Rich Jerk”, then guess what, he will be locked up in no time. In fact, he would have been locked up already with all these critics on his ass.
RJ… Your ebook held nothing back and you revealed real strategies for making money online. Most of the crybabies complaining about your methods are just mindless sheep who aren’t even capable of making up their own mind. They just blindly follow the Guru of the month who charges up their cards selling them outdated, watered down, and recycled methods for making money online.
I’m not the least bit offended by your comments. There’s nothing wrong with telling someone to quit whining and get off their a$$ or they’re going to be poor for the rest of their life.
I am offended by the people who tell me that making money online is easy. These guys say “just buy my stuff and I’ll show you ways to make money that are so easy even blind deaf retard can do it in just 30 minuets a day.”
I’ve spent thousands on marketing books & seminars, and The Rich Jerk ebook had made me more money than all of them.
Come February my Tivo will be set.

Your prove of top rankings within the Click Bank Marketplace Money & Employment is the best evidence and made me wanted to try out. Most people are not used to the sales letter format anyway since most of them are not internet marketers. The best bs’ers and con artists cruise around with a team of attorneys to bail them out of trouble they may get into. They often think they can outsmart everyone.. the police, feds, etc. They burn through the cash they swindle, often rationalizing that the money they ‘earned’ were from those too stupid to hold on to their money, and if they hadn’t taken it someone else eventually would.
Con artists place a lot of value material things and hedonistic pleasures.
They find their victims and prey upon that persons insecurities or desires, such as the need to make more money, or the desire to get rich quickly.
Good cons sell.. they make a ton of money.. and many are never caught.
When I read this website, an old question comes to mind “If it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, then what’s it most likely going to be?”

I did not like the copy of the rich jerk book myself at all and I skipped it immediately. I do not like jerks but I found Gary Halbert recommending the book and he gave his straight recommendation that if you need to make money online, you need to get this ebook. Then I got it immediately afterwards because I know Gary Halbert.
After I read it, I was impressed, I probably know most of the ebook but this ebook gave you the frank answers very straight, the book has no B.S.
I like the style, I usually get ebooks for more than this price with no valuable information or full of fillers….

The book was great, very insightful, but I haven’t been getting any returns on the strategies I’ve been using from RJ’s book. Have any of you made good money with it? I haven’t really seen any returns for my investments and becoming slightly skeptical of how well they work, or I’m just not doing it right.. If anybody has any insight, please let me know.

Here’s my thought. They guy is trying to stand out from the crowd. So he uses various markting devices such as “pride” egotism” etc to get under peoples skin in hopes of attracting attention. However, perhaps little does he realize that attention isn’t alway good attention. And that kind of attention doesn’t always lead to sales, quit the contrary. Notice how he doesn’t show a photo of himself, or doesn’t give out his real name? Hmmmmm I wonder why? I think it’s pretty obvious. He has good brand appeal but I think the theme is all wrong to be used in conjunction with a internet marketing course. I know that’s just a persona and I know that’s not really his “real life” attitude or anything. He’s probably a nice guy, but still most people don’t know that. They’ll take you at face value. No wonder everyone’s calling this a scam. And I agree with the other post I seen in that any business venture needs to be 100% certain that all facts concerning the advertising are completely legitimate, otherwise you could land in Jail or face hefty fines. I know a guy who ran a perfectly legit business and yet still got a $100k fine for advertising that was decided to have too much puffery. So this richjerk better be careful, because it’s true. Based on my research I bet he is doing well though. I don’t know who in there right mind would order such an product with that kind of advertising but each to their own. I prefer sites who don’t need to use a persona because there products are already leaders in the field and they can speak volumes themselves, without any puffery needed. Anyway, I still like the brand appeal but I think the theme is all wrong if you’re trying to help people or trying to ask people to allow you to be their mentor. Most rich people know that their only rich because they’re giving more value to more people than most others. Anyway enough said.
Make sure your comments are approved by being self serving to RJ. This guy is just another young kid who thinks he’s a rap star. Just like a rapper he projects that he lives in a world filled of sports cars, women and cash. And the average yo-yo believes it and forks over their hard earn money.
Jail is a cold place. Being confined plays tricks on your mind. Hope you like men too because if you don’t yet you’re going to learn to like them soon. Look at the upside though, the foods not bad and you can lift weights everyday. Just thought you’d like to have something to look forward too. Lawyers can’t save you no matter what you pay them. You’ve already hung yourself. When you’re on top the world and everythings great the only way to go is down. Looking forward to your infomercial RJ. It should be a real treat.

I’m surprised at the number of people who take RJ’s attitude personally. Guys…this is only a brilliant marketing ploy that no one has tried out before. I see the value in his approach because I am from the Ad-industry and I appreciate unusual marketing methods. Unfortunately, RJ cannot sound like that on traditional media because many will get offended. But the Internet is a personal medium and is ideally suited for this approach.
As for his book, well 80% of it was already known to me, but the remaining 20% was pure gold. Please don’t be put off by his attitude. RJ offers real no BS stuff that anyone can implement if she/he has the will to succeed. But if you are looking for a get-rich-quick product, then, nothing in this world can help you.

I bought the book, created my own website selling information products(www.advisormarketingsystems.com) for a niche market — and have sold over $6,000 of materials in just 3 weeks. Much like the jerks site, the margins are 99% and you litterally sit around and do virtually nothing but cash checks. I would gladly defend this $49 in any court as it is most definitely not a scam. I suppose the fact that most of those are from affiliates has nothing to do with it. No vested interest there.
I bought your book, and I’m an affiliate, but I have no problem telling people that your book is for risk takers. The techniques you promote quite often backfire. There are some gems in there I have to admit. Original marketing? Yes indeed. Even amusing. But buyer beware. The only person getting rich from this book is likely to be you know who.
Sorry rich dude, I am simply not impressed by pictures of your women with better bodies than I’ll ever have. Maybe if you showed cute guys… then again, reality kicks in and I know they wouldnt be the least interested if they actually met me. Its easy to pretend to be rich if you rent items for your ads, I suppose. Its easy to actually get rich if you’re willing to “bend” some rules… until you get caught, that is. (Just ask Martha Stewart about her little stock transaction…) Unless you have actually found a product or service that adds value to the consumer. A new idea, or a concept that works for a niche with enough demand in it. Spam does not count.
If you have come up with a truly original product or service, good luck to you. Otherwise… sucks to be you once they finally catch up to you, and eventually they WILL. Copyright laws tend to bite the imitators if the original owners have become large enough and incorporated.

To begin with, I need to put two hands forward, and clearly state that I do NOT own RJ’s book; what I can rightly limit myself to doing is stating my views on the comments posted on the blog.
To be honest, I can’t figure this out…
Firstly, to those who would doubt, let’s just say that you don’t get to be in the top 10 on ClickBank without a valid product.
And since RJ’s all over the Internet, don’t you think an operation with that kind of global presence would raise an eye or two at the Revenue Agency??
Let’s face it: it were fake, he would’ve been blasted already. For false advertising, or for whatever reason.
To those who would criticise his ad, then you have just proven a point: his copy works. What is the main leverage in marketing? EMOTION! Not need, not want… but EMOTION. And RJ’s done on helluva job eliciting a response from you. And you’ve proven it.
Now, whether or not it’s a positive or negative response… well, that’s another matter, now isn’t it? But it DID strike you enough to post a comment in the blog.
On another note, I’m surprised to read all the gratuitous dismissing of his material… by all the naysayers who will quite frankly tell you they haven’t even READ the stuff!
Now, if you haven’t seen it, or used it, how in flaming hell are you in any position to say his material is valid, doesn’t work, is a scam, etc….??
Granted, to the seasoned marketer, there may not necessarily be much new stuff to learn. For a newbie, there’s likely a lot of meat on the grill.
But the bottom line is this: the points covered in his book obviously have some substance to them, otherwise his website wouldn’t have the global presence on the ‘Net that it has, and it wouldn’t be in the top 10 on ClickBank (if I recall correctly, at one time it was even the #1 product…).
Besides, the reliable, respectable, and firmly established Internet Marketers who have endorsed the product would not shatter their hard-earned trust and credibility by recommending the material, were it not the real deal.
Sure, the copy is foul-mouthed and condescending. And I am amazed by the number of people who don’t recognise it for what it is: an unconventional way to spark emotion in people, as is the essence of marketing. It makes me laugh that people take it personally…
And these people are the same ones that are probably not going to do anything worthy with themselves, as they are focusing entirely too much on their negativity, envy, and THEIR own egos…
Gentlemen, get over yourselves. Come off of your high horses. Wake up and recognise the copy for what it is, with its less than elegant wording, and don’t take it personal.
If you’re going to blast the programme RJ outlines, be sure to include YOUR proof of WHY it doesn’t work, in much the same way that those who DID use it provided some proof of their generated income, as a result of using it.
Leave the conjectures of a legal nature to those who would have to deal with it in the event of a controversy. Until the time comes (IF it ever does), then you are not amusing anyone.
Otherwise, you’ll pass off as immature, envious, ignorant, and shouldn’t even think about getting into Internet Marketing to begin with.
Lastly, I strongly advise most of you lads to head back to grammar school - you have some serious spelling deficits. (And you don’t need to criticise my use of “S” in lieu of “Z” in words such as “criticise”… I’m English).

I have seen several different approaches out there that have worked very well. The Rich Jerk definitely has a unique one that seems to work excellent for him and different individuals that follow in his steps.
I would just like to make the comment that to be successful and to know how to make money are gifts that are given from a Higher Source of Power.
If your ability to see, hear, speak, and reason were taken from you today how would your perspective change.
With that being said I try to remind individuals, especially the mega successful, that without God to allow certain elements to exist, nothing of lasting value can be achieved.
In the midst of fame and success be careful not to forget that all power and success come from the Lord, therefore use your wealth and knowledge wisely and there will be an eternal reward awaiting you in the end, which is whats most important overall.
