No electronic receipt issued and no book delivered yet. Got an email pointing me to a site I can’t login to as no password was supplied even though the subject line reads “Tom Hader - your order for Rich Jerk 2 is ready for download” So as near as I can tell. RJ does NOT deliver the goods and I’m about to go initiate a charge back - no customer service phone number I’ve noticed as well. Beware all.
