Great info on PPC. This same advise is also crucial for building your landing pages. Knowing the buyer life cycle is essential.

Ad - landing page - sale

knowing what has someones hair on fire and showing them what they need to put out the flame is what it take to make the sale.

Here's an example: http://hubpages.com/_gqlrgw5g9fhw/hub/how-to-use-usfreeads

Hi there,
Rich Jerk, I am really wondering why your website does not appear on the top search results when I type a relevant keyword to your website?

In addition, why you do not update your blog more frequently as we all learned from you.

Thanks wishing you further success.

Asem

P.S. Another young RJ is only 25 years old and makes up to $40,000 per month. Read the full story under:

Hello, RJ.

Last time I catched you in the club, you left with that hottie in your Ferrari California.

About PPC, well thanks for the info.

I want to add a bit to your post.

RJ is right when he says that selling isn't only about convincing.

You see the problem with most marketers and salesman is that they try to sell to people who have NO DESIRE or MOTIVATION to buy your crap in the FIRST place.

You can't create a desire or motivation in someone. Doesn't happen.

When you sell someone, the first question you should ask is this "What exactly are YOU looking for?"

Once they tell you that, then you show them how to get it.

Many times, if you try to sell something that people don't care about or don't have any desire to buy- You will have to be very manipulative, lie and it's take WAY to much effort.

Instead of working hard like a dog- Screw the people who have no desire in your product- and Go after then ones that have a motivation in the features and benefits of your product.

It will be much easier, effortless and no buyer remorse (refunds).

Keyword searches show us what people are thinking inside their heads. It's direct correlation of how people and consumers are thinking. Which is exactly why TV informercials are a bit risky. You need hard data and it's hard to get offline. Tracking is better online.

Like RJ said "Know your market well. Research them"

A Good way to do this is this

1) Go on Forums related to that market, take note of how these people think. What do most of them like? What pisses them off? How do they talk? What type of interests do they pursue? RJ spoke about their buyer behavior, but Yanik Silver also said that you have to get into their PERSONAL lives. What are they thinking when work is almost over? etc

2) Yahoo answers -Some info, It has many questions. Forums can be sort of gay sometimes. They can get too social- but it's still needed.

3) Real Life- The truth is that, a lot of people aren't what they claim to be online and they act differently. I know of a lot of phonies on forums who claim to be doing it "big" and then you find out it's some 16 year old douchebag.

Anyways....

Some questions to RJ

1) I heard you charge $10,000 per hour for coaching from YOU. What is the ROI? What benefits does a person receive that they have to pay an arm?

2) Can I come over your house?

By the way, Your name sounds pretty gay, "RJ"... Only a fag would keep that type of name.

PS. I'm joking.
